How to Change the Account Owner

To change the Account Owner in 5day.io, users must go to their Account Profile.

Inside the Account Profile:

1. Click on the Profile tab.
2. Under the Account Owner section, you will see the current account owner's name along with the option to Change Owner.
3. Click on the Change Owner button.

You will now have two options:

• Select from Existing Members:
  A list of all active members will appear. You can select an existing member from this list to make them the new account owner.
• Invite a Member via Email:
  If the person you want to assign as the new owner is not already part of your account, click on Invite a Member via Email.
  • Enter the email address of the new member.
  • Once they accept the invitation and join, you can select them as the new account owner.

After selecting or inviting the new owner, confirm the change to complete the process.
